Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Intakr beta waitlist on this website. Intakr is a pre-launch product. The only thing we collect here is what you submit to join the waitlist. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Email address — required, so we can send you the field guide and product updates.
• NJ license class — optional and self-reported (for example, Class 2 manufacturer or testing lab). It helps us understand who is on the list. You can leave it blank.
• Signup source — which link or page you came from (for example, the landing page or the field guide). This is set automatically and contains no personal detail beyond the channel.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any cannabis business records through this waitlist.

Why we collect it

To send you the Intakr Field Guide, to email occasional product updates while we build, and to invite you to the beta when it opens. That is the entire purpose.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers to operate the waitlist. We share your information with them only so they can perform these functions:

• Supabase — stores the waitlist record (your email and the optional fields above) in a hosted Postgres database.
• Resend — sends the confirmation email and any later product-update emails to your address.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How to request deletion

Email hello@intakr.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to remove you. We will delete your waitlist record and stop emailing you. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link.
